So as you may know by now, I am going to the Harry Potter 7 Part 2 premiere at midnight in costume as: Ginny Weasley!!! Fun, hun?
So anyhow, as it took me forever to find everything I needed at a good price, I thought I could help others out by putting down what I did! So without further ado, I give you my Ginny Weasley complete costume walkthrough!!!
Ginny is modest, shy and not too flashy. She doesn't really know how pretty she is. For that reason, she sticks a little more to herself than, say, Cho Chang. She doesn't wear jewelry much, she wears simple, comfortable clothes and she is a proud Gryffindor.
The first thing you'll need is her uniform. You'll need a white, long sleeved button down shirt, a gray pullover or button down sweater in Gryffindor house colors, a gray, pleated knee length skirt, black tights, black shoes, a hair accessory and a Gryffindor uniform tie.

MAIN OUTFIT
Under Shirt: For her white button down long sleeved shirt, try this not-too-pricey J.C Penney's Arizona button down shirt from their website, jcpenneys.com.
Gryffindor House Sweater: Next is the Gryffindor house sweater. The one I chose may seem a little too much on the pricey side; honestly, though, you pay more than this in some places just for the fact that it's real lambswool. Lochaven of Scotland makes quality lambswool sweaters, and they happen to be the people who provided sweaters for the movies! If this is too expensive, try polyvore.com or just browse online or in-store.
Gray Skirt: For the gray skirt, we turn once more to Boutiques.com or polyvore.com. You should be able to find something that works here. If not, just google pleated midlength gray skirts.
Black Tights: For black tights, go to any Target, J.C Penney's, Dillard's ect... You can use their store or website. You can find cheep footed or footless tights that will work at any of those stores.
Black Shoes: Ginny wears a comfortable, worn looking black tennis shoe. What I chose was a black Doc Marten (but that was because I needed sneakers to put my orthodics in anyway and my mother was buying them). That's what it looks like she wears. Try docmartens.com. If this is too expensive, then any black flat from a department or shoe store will work.

Note: Since making this original post, I have found this website: http://www.cookieskids.com/. Here, you can find white button down shirts, gray skirts and other things in their uniform section. Hope this helps!
ACCESSORIES
As said before, Ginny does not like to bling up. But there are some things that are a necessity...
Gryffindor Tie: All Hogwarts school students must have their house tie. Ginny, as a Gryffindor, wears a maroon and gold one. A very cheep option for this is Amazon.com. The Rubies Costume
Co. Gryffindor tie is the cheapest option. Although I know from experience (since this is the tie I chose to purchase) that you may have to sew a few thing up here and there, it's ok quality for the price. If you want something more expensive or better quality (or that comes in a brown paper package tied up with string!) then check out www.WizardTies.com.
Hair Clip/Headband: Ginny wears either a very simple headband or hair clip with a tortoise-shell print to pull back her bangs. You can find either of these at a Target, J.C Penney's, Sally Beauty etc...
Wand: Because what is a witch without a wand? Really, there's no cheep alternative to Ginny's wand. I still haven't found one under $30... In the end, I think it'll end up that I'll take a stick and carve it to look like her wand.

So, enjoy this and have fun making costume! I hope that you enjoy being a geek about the Harry Potter series as much as I do! Tata for now...
Hope this helps anybody who needs it! -J
